So damn u were out late on Sunday? I was gonna call you cuz i was at soundwave festival and went home by myself on the train late... ah well, there werent any weirdos so its OK.

Soundwave was awesome though... im even more obsessed with Flyleaf now though... they're Christian & their lyrics are so deep and meaningful

yeh im usually out "late" on sundays cos me and amy.j hang out afterwards...usually til like 11:30-12ish and amy says that cheryl mite start comin wit us now too...too bad we all dont go to the same church, it wud be so much fun!

i watched that vid of flyleaf...their music sounds almost emo! haha but nah that story was pretty inspirational and im glad that there are other ppl that experience God's presence...the fact that if we pray abt sumfing in His name, He will hav a way of answering the prayer and u kno wat else is freaky, a lot of the time...like i pray before i read the bible rite, and its like God guides me to open up at a certain page and *bam* the page has the answer to wat im praying abt...its serz almost freaky but in a gd way =D

i serz cant imagine my life without God...He serz guides me thru life in so many ways its jst amazing...wish u could come to church wit us but hey, at least u believe in it all now...i still remember how cynical u were bak in the day! HAHA

 

I don't remember being cynical... i always believed in a God of some sort... just didnt actually make it a big part of my life/actually follow him... I know i never understood why Amy could never miss church, but besides that i dunno what ur talking about. Being cynical (is that the same as critical?) isn't all bad anyway... cuz that way you actually bother to look for answers, which strengthens your faith...

Pfftt.... i wish YOU guys would come to MY church :P It would be cool to share that with my bestest friends :) And not have to leave my new friends i've made there
But either way, although friends is a great part of church, it shouldnt be the main focus (duh!)... and we can still share stuff even if we go to different ones

Do you guys do bible study? If not we should organise one... seriously i find bstudy even more helpful than church and its pretty easy to buy books with discussion questions and stuff... (and helpful! theres so many points in a passage you miss when u just read it by yourself) though i dunno if i have time to make a regular commitment but we could do one whenever we can? Though thats probably guarenteed to fail! LOL. Still lemme know what you think
