| Hypocrite! |
I swear im a hyporcrite. Whatever i critisise or say is "impossible", i end up doing it.
One of the things i said bak in the day was that ex's cant be friends or that it would be really hard or even if thats not tru, i made it clear that i could never be friends with any of my ex's. And here i am, broken up wit my first ex for over 3yrs and its the 2nd bday thing of his ive bn to in a row...actually ive only ever missed his 20th since we broke up.
It was gd catching up wit him tho and his friends that i also met thru Marc (bless his soul) and despite my past fears of thinkin hanging out wit ur ex wd conjure up awkward feelings, i can honestly say that there is absolutely nothin there anymore...no more feelings for him, no jealously of him havin a gf, no wanting him bak and most importantly, no awkwardness. I never thought i could do it and its strange how fate has seemed to be fine wit us being friends again and it all began wit clubbing at Bamboo!

I still remember that time when you wanted to hide so badly when you knew he was coming in our direction and was like OMG! But it ended up being totally fine!
I don't think it's impossible to be friends with your ex, it just depends on your relationship with them to begin with. Some people can never be friends after they break up but many people can still be good friends. And it looks like you're among the lucky ones that can. =)
