| Christmas is Expensive |
Christmas is seriously vast becoming commercialised...actually, it HAS become commercialised. Do we even remember wat Christmas was orginally abt? I mean, i know some of u arent religious and all but it is meant to be a celebration of Jesus' birth. But instead, society has made it into this MASSIVE spending campaign. Even i hav bn pulled by the gravity of commercialisation. Do u know how much i spent today cos of Christmas gifts? $175! and thats not even including the $90 ive already spent on another 3 friends. Shit man, maybe working on Christmas Day and Boxing Day will boost my money up again..i reckon i could easily get $1000 in that week ~ woot! hehe
Anyway, my life is boring atm so thats all i hav to blog abt! LMAO...like Helen said - with no guys in our lives, we hav nothing to talk abt!

Whoa... ur sis is 19??? I feel old... i dunno but that just made it hit home that i'm almost 22, almost graduating uni etc. etc. You know, it was like, a moment
Anyway yeah Christmas IS commercialised... but i guess the idea of giving is still embedded in there somewhere. And at least you have friends to spend money on...

I feel old sometimes too. I'm graduating and going into masters!
I totally agree that Christmas is commercialised but it's always nice to get presents from your friends/family anyways. Christmas spirit! =D

Well to be honest, i get more of a buzz GIVING gifts more than i do RECEIVING them...like i mean, i do appreciate it if i am given something but its jst not the same feeling as giving.
(and im not jst saying that to sound all politically incorrect either...lol)
